This is to certify that the probable estimated cost of construction for Hostel building MADRESA JAMIAH ISLAMIAH TALIMUDDIN DABHEL, NAVSARI , GUJARAT (INDIA) shall be Rs. 2,72,35,376/- ( Rupees Two Crores Seventy two Lacs Thirty Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy six Only ) excluding furnishing to the best of my knowledge.

Division of estimate is as under

  1. Cost of Construction per 1 no. of Room shall be Rs.3,13,050/- (Without furnishing)
  2. Cost of Construction per 1 of student shall be 2,72,35,376 / 464 = Rs.58,697/- (Without furnishing)
  3. Cost of Construction for DINING HALL shall be Rs. 45,00,000/- (without furnishing)
  4. Cost of Construction for KITCHEN & STORE ROOMS shall be 45,78,476/- (without furnishing)
