In this field, most talented students are selected among those who have finished Arabic up to third grade. Starting from Shatibiyah, the students are taught complete seven and ten recitation gradually. At this stage students will be able to read Qiraat Salasa as well. The syllabus is designed in such a way that the students upon graduation from Dars-e-Nizami will also get the certification on recitation (Tajweed & Qiraat). If a student wants to study this great art separately from Dars-e-Nizami, a suitable arrangement will be made for him under the supervision of expert teachers. This department is also one of the prominent departments of the Jamiah.

It is the responsibility of Madrasas to provide Shariah guidance to the Ummah and to prepare scholars to guide them. Fatwa writing is one such method of guiding the Ummah as per Quraan and Sunnah. Shortly after the establishment of Madrasa, the work of Dar-ul-Ifta had begun. The official inauguration of this department was done by Faqi-ul-Azm Hazrat Moulana Mufti Aziz ur Rehman Sahab Usmani (RH) in 1347 H. Since then this department is very successful in carrying out its duties under supervision of various Ulama. They provide proper answers/fatwas to the question given in Urdu and Gujarati by the people.

In addition, two-year curriculum is taught to the students who enroll in this department. The students were given practice in writing fatwas under the strict supervision of expert Mufti’s. Hundreds of students graduated from this department and are performing their duty of guiding the Ummah in country and abroad.

On the suggestion of shura council, this department was established in 1438 H (2017 CE). In this department, students read number of books on Tafseer and Usool-e-Tafseer through expert Ulama. The method of public teaching of the Quraan is also taught. Currently the duration of this course is one year. If any students want to get in to more depth of this art then there is suitable arrangement for second year as well.
