It is one of the most important department in Jamiah. Alhamdulillah from day one, Jamiah has been rendering important services to the Muslims in resolving disputes among them and also for the reformation of the caste system which were common among the peoples. But there was no formal department in Jamiah to carry out this service. Under the auspices of Dar-ul-Ifta, the Mufti’s and teachers of the Jamiah used to perform these services as and when required.

In view of increasing number of cases, a permanent regular Department of Sharia (Dar-ul-Qaza) was established in 1422 H (2001 CE) which is still going on thanks to Allah.
